Appellate Litigation

We handle appeals in all three divisions of the Washington Court of Appeals and in the Washington State Supreme Court. As a former judicial law clerk, Jon has a unique insight into the appellate process. His appellate work includes cases in which he has been trial court counsel and cases in which he has been retained to challenge unfavorable trial decisions at the trial court level and to protect trial court victories.
